Website's revamp

Website's revamp

Previously, we had a common website for both inbound and outbound tours. However, after internal meetings held last year, it was decided to upgrade and separate the websites for each department to better serve their specific needs. Accordingly, tsiholidays.com was revamped last year with a dedicated focus on inbound tours. The website underwent changes in terms of technology, design, and overall user experience. Similarly, travelspell.com has been redesigned to cater specifically to outbound and domestic tours. The development work is complete, and final refinements have been made. The site is fully operational now. To improve the performance and to ensure faster downloading speed, now the sites have been moved to an upgraded dedicated server. Further enhancements are planned to continue improving user experience.

Visit of our foreign tour operators

As part of ongoing collaboration and destination familiarization, the manager from our main Holland-based tour operator recently visited India on a study tour. Her itinerary covered Bangalore, Hassan, Chikmagalur, Hampi, and Goa. During a short stopover in Delhi before her return, she visited a few hotels in the city. A lunch meeting was hosted at Hyatt Delhi, where she was warmly welcomed by the undersigned along with our Sales and Operations team for a brief exchange of ideas. Separately, the owner was also on a familiarization trip to India. Her visit included key destinations such as Delhi, Varanasi, and Jaipur, aimed at gaining deeper insights and exploring new possibilities for future programs. Another agent from Australia accompanied two travel groups exploring North and South India. During her visit, she also stopped by the TSI office for a short meeting to discuss upcoming trips and hotel selections.

Veer’s FAM Trip to Mahabalipuram

Veer recently undertook a familiarization trip to Mahabalipuram, where he explored prominent sites including the Five Rathas, Arjuna’s Penance, and the Shore Temple. He found the monuments well-maintained and culturally enriching. However, he noted that the beach area was not well-kept. The overall logistics were seamless, with professional guiding services and excellent transportation arrangements.

MD's FAM Tour

The undersigned, along with Guneeta Taneja, Veer, and Sehr, undertook a family-cum-study trip to Dharamshala and McLeodganj from 4th to 8th April. The visit was timely and essential, as several new hotels have recently come up in these destinations, and we had not been able to conduct an earlier visit. During the trip, they gathered updated information on the region, and a detailed report was subsequently shared with the team. The journey was both enjoyable and productive, featuring comfortable accommodations and rich cultural experiences.
