The effort to acquire the latest destination knowledge resumed last year after the pandemic. Accordingly this year different destinations were selected to be visited, inbound staff have been sent on familiarization tours as detailed below.
1) Mr. Sunil tripped Pondicherry on 29th & 30th April and is planning to go in August as well to Ooty, Coonoor, Coimbatore & Palakkad.
2) Ms. Monika visited Jodhpur, Jawai and Udaipur from 06-11 May.
3) Mr. Amarjeet went to Aurangabad from 21st to 23rd May.
4) Mr. Mukesh is also going to visit Pushkar during end of June.
5) Ms. Marina is scheduled to visit Darjeeling and Sikkim from 1st to 7th July.
Team members found these trips highly informative, as they were able to gather up-to-date information on hotels, roads, routes, midway stops, restaurants, and more. After the tours, each of them prepared feedback reports, which were shared on the Google drive with the team for future reference. Some glimpses of the staff tours can be seen in these pictures.
