Fitur, Madrid – Spain Like every year, this time too MD visited Madrid to exhibit in Fitur from 19th to 31st January 2019. We had a 4 sq. mtr. booth space in India Pavilion stand. MD had interesting meetings with our existing agents & met a few new ones and hope, we will be able to generate more business. Post fair, there were some more meeting in agents offices. Undersigned & Director visited Segovia & Henares to check the destinations from outbound business point of view. BIT, Milan – Italy TSI exhibited in this exhibition which took place from 10-12 Feb’19 in Milan, Italy. Mr. Manoj Atri, attended on company’s behalf and Before attending the fair, he also visited quite a few tour operators in different regions of Italy for one to one meetings. Now the follow ups with tour operators is in process to materialize the business. ITB – Berlin, Germany Like every year, undersigned participated in this exhibition which was from 6-10 March’19 at Berlin. Apart from this, there were some pre fixed meetings with our existing tour operators. The meetings proved fruitful & hope to get some add-on business. We did not exhibited at ITB to cut down on the expenses part and MD went and attended the mart as a visitor.

Like last year this year also the Rare organized Tres where they invited their partner hotels and other hotels to showcase the product and they have also invited some International buyer’s. This was the second tres and was organized at Hotel Andaz Aero City from 29 to 30 March 2019. Undersigned along with Mr. Manoj Atri visited & interacted with almost all the hoteliers and gathered all the latest information. It was a well managed and useful show.
Delhi
In a continuous process to update themselves & to update the information with team inbound, MD & Director traveled to Varanasi from 30-Mar to 2-Apr 2019. They visited several hotels to know the current status of the properties, checked various activities etc. This helps our inbound section in quality control & itinerary planning.
