All the services provided by TSI were customer focus all around and the service to the highest standards. Udaipur cooking demonstration and Taj Mahal visit was the best thing we experienced during the tour. Overall the itinerary planned was satisfactory and value for money. The tour was a wonderful experience greatly enjoyed by our group. Although some bus trips were long due to traffic and roadworks, everyone understood that this was beyond the control of the tour operators. The only slightly disappointing hotel was Deogarh Mahal as the owners have not invested in maintenance since our last visits. The services are very good". Mr. Pawan is an excellent driver who does everything to make your holiday even better. We would like to thank him. We had a very good trip, everything was well organised. No complaints whatsoever however the last 2 days (Bhattapur en Negarot can be done one day if you are not planning to hike we felt that Negarot cost us a lot of money and didn't make our holiday better only longer. Tip - You can book a flight to see the Himalaya for sure. After that there is no urgency to go to Negarot.

Extremely well organized and a good variety of experience-generous inclusions, meals, level of hotels and entry fees. The hotels were a destination in themselves. Very compatible and inclusive group of people, facilitated by Liz and Ian and Manoj - an awesome threesome who helped us in every way. Excellent lectures in history by out grade guides and by Ian on his incredible knowledge of spices. A pity we couldn’t stay longer in some places but it is hard to say what we would have missed out on. A longer time for shopping would have been great in the Jewish area of Cochin. Overall, a well-planned and organized trip-we both enjoyed it enormously thank you!

As promised there was a surprise every day and being based in one hotel for two or three nights meant we never felt we were being pushed along too quickly. All hotels were luxurious and comfortable and a welcome retreat at night. Manoj’s leadership and guidance were outstanding and he was always patient courteous and a remarkable problem solver example negotiating our travel from Kumily during a general strike. Our local guides and drivers were always very professional although the Lucknow was too wordy. Liz and Ian, your guidance and knowledge of spices was integral to the success of this wonderful trip.
