Day 01: Arrive Cochin
Arrive Cochin. Kochi (colonial name Cochin) is a vibrant city situated on the south-west coast of the Indian peninsula in the breathtakingly scenic and prosperous state of Kerala, hailed as 'God's Own Country'. Its strategic importance over the centuries is underlined by the sobriquet Queen of the Arabian Sea. Informally, Cochin is also referred to as the Gateway to Kerala, After arrival traditional welcome at airport, transfer to hotel. Entire day, you would be resting and enjoying the leisure provided by the hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02: Cochin
Morning sight seeing of Fort Cochin visiting Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis -Church, & Chinese Fishing Net. In the evening watch a Kathakali Dance performance (optional). Overnight at hotel.
Day 03: Cochin
Morning Free at Leisure, In the evening sunset cruise in Cochin Harbour by Private Motor Boat, Overnight at hotel.
Day 04: Cochin - Periyar (195 / 6)
Morning drive to Periyar. Upon arrival check into Hotel Rest of Day Relax. Overnight at hotel.
 Day 05: Periyar - Gavi - Periyar (30 / 1)
Morning after breakfast at hotel, After noon Jeep Safari, The safari is to Gavi (the biological garden) (optional tour) which is 30 Kms from Vandi periyar. The transfer from Vandi periyar to Gavi is possible only on sturdy vehicles like Jeep. Overnight at hotel.
Day 06: Periyar
After breakfast ,Morning free at leisure, afternoon at 1600hrs boat ride on the Periyar Lake to view wildlife and return to hotel at 1800hrs. Evening free to explore the spice market. Overnight at hotel.
Day 07: Periyar - Kumarakom (158 / 5)
After breakfast drive to Kumarakom. Kumarakom most excellent destination famous for beauty of backwater it is a unique product of Kerala and is found nowhere else in the world. Backwaters are a network of lakes, canals and estuaries and deltas of forty-four rivers that drain into the Arabian Sea. The backwaters of Kerala are a self supporting Eco-system teeming with aquatic life. Upon arrival check in at hotel. Late afternoon Sunset boat cruises on Lake Vembanad. Overnight at hotel.
Day 08: Kumarakom
Full Day free for Ayurvedic massage (optional), Overnight at hotel.
Day 09: Kumarakom - Marari - Kumarakom (17/ ½ per way)
Full day free at Leisure or you can go for an excursion tour to Marari, originates from " Mararikulam ", one of the local fishing villages, where life still goes on much as it did a hundred years ago, with the men going out to sea each day to earn a living bringing in the daily catch. Completely new to the holidaymaker. Marari offers endless miles of superb sand beaches backed by swaying palms (optional tour). Overnight at hotel.
Day 10: Kumarakom - Houseboat (O/n houseboat)
After breakfast, board on Houseboat. check into a traditional houseboat of Kerala Style and go on a leisurely backwater cruise along the lake on a thatched houseboat. The houseboat with all modern comforts lets you discover the countryside at your own pace. You will have lunch, dinner and breakfast in the Houseboat. A ride on the houseboat is a fabulous way to explore the fascinating beauty of the backwaters. Overnight at Houseboat.
Day 11: Alleppey - Kovalam (169 / 4)
Morning at 0930 hrs. Disembark at Alleppey and drive to Kovalam, in the local language means, place fringed with coconut palms, and indeed it is. Kovalam is full of coconut trees and soothing seashore, one of the best in India for swimming and other water sports. Upon arrival check in into hotel, Rest of day relax. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 12: Kovalam
Full day free at leisure. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 13: Kovalam - Kanyakumari - Kovalam (74 / 2 per way)
After breakfast you can go for Kanyakumari (optional tour), the southern tip of India, the meeting place of three great oceans and also one of the important pilgrim centre of Hindus. The Kanyakumari beach is famous for its spectacular sun rise and sun set. Visit the famous old palace called Padmnabhapuram Palace and famous Suchendra Temple. Later drive back to Kovalam. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 14: Kovalam - Trivandrum - Kovalam (20 / ½ per way)
After breakfast excursion tour to Thiruvanthapuram city (optional tour) visit Sr. Padmanabhaswamy temple, Museum, Padmanabhapuram Palace. Evening return back to hotel. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 15: Kovalam - Thiruvanthapuram-Onward destination
Hotel check out time is 1200 noon. In time transfer to Thiruvanthapuram Airport to connect flight for onward journey.
