Day 01: Geneva
On arrival at the Zurich / Geneva airport, board a train to Geneva and check in at a hotel on arrival. Embark on a tour of Geneva in the afternoon and visit the old town as part of the sightseeing tour. Return for an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02: Geneva
Day 2 of the Swiss Highlights tour would be free for you to indulge in any activity of your choice. You could also opt for an enjoyable boat trip to Lausanne and Montreux on your own. Overnight stay would be at the hotel in Geneva.
Day 03: Zermatt
Leave Geneva and proceed towards the delightful car free resort of Zermatt that lies at the foothills of Matterhorn. An optional visit to Gornergrat can be availed as part of the Swiss Highlights tour with TSI Holidays. Stay overnight at Zermatt.
Day 04: Interlaken
Travel to the picturesque city of Interlaken on day 4 of the Swiss Highlights tour. On arrival, check in at a hotel and set out to explore the splendors of Hohewag in Interlaken. This wonderful boulevard that is covered with hotels, cafés, fashion boutiques and other luxury stores is quite as treat to the eyes. Around evening, enjoy wonderful trip to Lake Thun or Lake Brienz and unravel some of the scenic delights of Interlaken. You stay overnight at Interlaken.
Day 05: Interlaken - Jungfraujoch
As part of the Swiss Highlights tour, enjoy a thrilling train ride to Jungfraujoch, the "top of Europe". This memorable train trip from Interlaken Ost takes you via Lauterbrunnen and Wengen to Kleine Scheidegg, at the foot of the famous Eiger North Wall. Thereafter, you avail the services of Jungfrau Railway to reach the magnificent mountain world of eternal ice and snow, Jungfraujoch. Standing tall at 3454m, it is the highest railway station in Europe. Visit the Ice Palace and Sphinx Terraces and enjoy breathtaking views of the Aletsch Glacier, the longest glacier in the Alps.
Return for an overnight stay in Interlaken.
Day 06: Lucerne
Take a memorable ride on the Brunig Express from Interlaken to Lucerne that is also known as the "city of lights". Check into a hotel on arrival and have the day at leisure. You can also visit the Swiss Transport Museum, the IMAX Theatre or the Lion Monument on your own. Stay overnight at the hotel in Lucerne.
Day 07: Lucerne - Mt Pilatus
Enjoy a cruise from Lucerne to Alpnachstad. On arrival, ride up to Mt Pilatus on the steepest cogwheel railway in the world. However, this service can only be availed from June to September. During winter, you will have to take a bus ride from Lucerne to Kriens and then take a gondola to Pilatus. After an enjoyable outing to Pilatus, return to Lucerne for an overnight stay.
Day 08: Lucerne - Departure
On day 8 of the Swiss Highlights tour with TSI Holidays, you transfer to the airport and proceed with your return journey.
