4-5 Vaishali – Kushinagar Visit Vaishali, which has its connection with the Hindu epic Ramayana. Sightseeing tour of Kushinagar covering the Mahaparinirwana temple and Thai Temple
6-7 Varanasi Enjoy a boat ride on the river Ganges in Varanasi. Visit Sarnath, where the celebrated Buddhist chant “Buddham Sharanam Gachhami “came into existence.

Day 1 GAYA (ARRIVAL) – BODHGAYA (16 Kms / 30 Minutes approx.)

Upon arrival in Gaya, you will be transferred to the hotel to relax. This is the place of the Buddha got enlightenment, Bodhgaya is the spiritual centre of Buddhists. Overnight stay at hotel.


Day 2 IN BODHGAYA

After breakfast proceed for sightseeing tour of Bodhgaya visiting Mahabodhi Temple – Bodhgaya Archaeological Museum – houses a small collection of Buddhist sculpture from the 1st century B.C, to the 11th century A.D; Visit monasteries; Thai Temple and Bodhi tree. Overnight stay.


Day 3 BODHGAYA – RAJGIR – NALANDA – PATNA (175 Kms / 4 Hrs. approx.)

Post breakfast in the morning, leave by road for Patna. On the way, explore the attractions of Rajgir-the ancient capital of Bihar, and Nalanda- the ancient Indian university. Upon arrival, check into the hotel for night stay.


Day 4 PATNA – VAISHALI – KUSHINAGAR (237 Kms / 5.40 Hrs. approx.)

Post breakfast in the morning, drive towards Kushinagar. On the way, visit Vaishali, which has its connection with the Hindu epic Ramayana. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel for night stay.


Day 5 KUSHINAGAR – VARANASI (240 Kms / 6 Hrs. approx.)

Post breakfast in the morning, embark on a sightseeing tour of Kushinagar covering the Mahaparinirwana temple and Thai Temple. Later, drive towards Varanasi. Stay overnight in the hotel.


Day 6 VARANASI

Sravasti

Early morning, around 5 AM, enjoy a boat ride on the river Ganges in Varanasi. Post breakfast, visit Sarnath, where the celebrated Buddhist chant “Buddham Sharanam Gachhami “came into existence. In the afternoon, explore the sights of Varanasi which include the Vishwanath Temple & the Dugra Temple and The Benaras Hindu University. Stay overnight in the hotel.


Day 7 VARANASI – DELHI (6E-3175 @ Dep 10:50 – Arr 12:25 Hrs.)

Post breakfast in the morning, you will be transferred to the airport to board flight for New Delhi and from there to onward destination.
